Delivery

Delivery FEE: Free delivery for orders over R950. Orders below R950 will have a R90 courier charge.

Delivery area: Only within South Africa.

Delivery time: The Kandy Apple does not keep stock on hand as all orders are pre-ordered items, unless we receive a lot of orders for certain items then we shall order a few extra to keep on hand. We do bulk orders twice a month (2nd and 18th of every month). Shipping can take up to 3 weeks from those dates , provided there are no delays with customs. Please note that for “silly season” like Christmas, expect a longer waiting period due to customs.

Last Day to Order: Pre-Orders close on the 1st and 17th of each month. Once closed then the order will be placed with our supplier. Please allow delivery time of 2-3 weeks from these date due to imports. Please ignore the automatic e-mail confirmation after your order and delivery times as these are only for in stock items.

Out of Stocks: Should the item you pre-ordered become out of stock by the time I place the order, you will receive a full refund or be offered store credit with a 5% discount on future order to be used with that store credit.

Tracking: Once stock arrives, you will receive a tracking confirmation email for door-to-door delivery.

 

 

Returns Policy

We will never send you faulty items, however we may receive faulty items from the supplier. We will then contact you to advise and send it back to the supplier to return with new stock depending on value. If the items are of low value, we would either refund you or offer a store credit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders based on the following:

• • No longer interested in product.

• • Products damaged on customer side.

• • Incorrect sizing ordered.

• • If there is a delay at Customs/from Supplier.

Return delivery fee is payable by customer unless faulty directly from supplier
